The customer service at BestPrint Buy is exceptional. I had a question and they took care of it immediately. I reviewed my order, made a change and had the changed graphics back immediately so I could place my order. I placed my order and received confirmation that it was placed and when I could expect delivery. The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is that I keep getting emails stating I forgot something in my cart, when in fact, I had placed the order and do not have anything in my cart. Other than that, service is outstanding.

Not happy with the finished product of my notecards. I had to ask several times to line up and center the text. The right side is still noticeable lower then the left, snd the address and ‘real estate brokerage’ doesn’t even line up! Your printer or quality control department ought to have caught this and corrected or made suggestion. It was a concern of mine and I had contacted your office several times by phone. Each time I made a minor change it was taking 24 hours to get it corrected. After nearly 2 weeks of trying to place the order and receive it, they do not look professional enough to mail out, especially since I paid nearly $100.00 for 100 notecards.
