"I received my sample package the other…"

I received my sample package the other day. I read the directions. Before i cleansed my face before bed tonight i came online to re-read the directions. All was well for about 2 minutes. I felt like my face was heating up. After i bit it was becoming uncomfortable. Then i had some sting in my right back thigh. I got up to put a compress on my thigh. When i looked in the mirror it scared me to death. My face was beet red and burning. Is this normal? I have never had any other product to do this to me. I immediately got my Regular cleanser and washed my face off. Its been 30 minutes now and im still feeling some effects. I have never been allergic to anything. Aldo i dont have sensitive skin. I was so hoping that the advertisment i saw that enticed me to send off for the sample would do as the advertisement stated. Right now i want to throw it all away. Is this a normal reaction for this product?

"I have used Riversol products for…"

I have used Riversol products for approx 3 years and love their skin care. I swim 5 days a week and the chemicals are brutal on my skin. Riversol is so soothing and best of all their cream cleanser is so gentle that I use it on my lids and lashes without issue. Their products are mid range priced.....not the cheapest but they last. I use the Anti Aging Trio and the V2 Corrector.....and my skin looks better and better.

Don't waste your time

"Terrible Customer Service, BEWARE if you have any issues"

I received an email regarding satisfaction with my sample, however, I did not receive my sample in the mail yet. I replied to the email indicating that I hadnt received it, and "Jon" told me that since it was their 2nd attempt to send samples that I hadnt received, he was giving me a coupon code for 30% off a purchase. I replied, telling him that I would not be purchasing any Riversol products with trying first, as I have skin allergies. He replied back, was very passive aggressive, indicating only that he was removing me from any further emails. Very bad Customer Service skills. If I was to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of product from Riversol, and had an issue, a problem with delivery, an allergic reaction, is this the type of Customer Service I would receive? If I was THINKING of buying anything from this company, I will NEVER purchase from Riversol based on these interactions with their Customer Service Staff.

"Riversol is the best"

I have been using riversol for over a year now. I love my skin regiment a lot. There is one thing i need to say to people who have rosacea and red skin. Get treated through your dermatologist and get on the right meds. Then get riversol. I have been on antibiotic for my face for about 6 months. Low dose goes a long way. Also on a topical gel. This has helped me a lot. I started out with the Riversol redness regiment and worked very well. No issues. Then i decided I wanted to step it up to the anti aging and I have not had any issues. Best thing I ever did. I wish the price would come down some but they do have a point system now and you can put it toward product. I don't ever want to stop. I use the gel cleanser, peel, serum, and light cream. At night i use the neck cream. I tried a sample of the new all body lotion and no greasy residue. I will get that with points at a certain point.
I have severely sensitive skin and local store shelf product did not work. I probably spent more money trying different products and i stopped at Riversol. Thanks

"Made skin red and irritated. "

I hate to give a smaller company a bad review but I bought this product in hopes of alleviating some of the redness that sometimes plagues my skin. My skin has actually been really calm lately and I used this cleanser and cream because due to winter conditions I believe, my skin has been looking dry. Well, this made my skin red and irritated which is super frustrating as it had been calm lately. I feel like I wasted my money.

"I love love LOVE Riversol!!! "

I love love LOVE Riversol! Been using their products for 5+ years and have never been disappointed. I’m surprised more people aren’t familiar with it but maybe cause they’re in the UK?

Regardless, theirs is THE ONLY skincare line that has my skin looking flawless, and I have VERY difficult skin.
Cystic acne that involved 3 rounds of Accutane instead of the typical 1, 2 rounds at most. I’ve tried every prescription out there along with skincare lines, steroids, topical ointments, you name it. It’s been exhausting!

Try it out if you’ve tried everything else and want a TRUE BLUE that will stop all your searching!

"Customer service is marginal"

I used the trial set and liked it so I decided that I would purchase a bundle kit and added another product. As it is close to Christmas I thought I would gift the items to family. However, after waiting a long time for the package to arrive I followed up. The tracking link said it had been delivered but I didn't receive the package. I followed up with the company who showed a picture of the package sitting near my front door. I have a sign on my front door requesting that packages be left in my Deliveries Bin out of view. My front door is about three long steps from the sidewalk and open so easy target for thieves. The package was stolen. The company will not reship replacements even though I show clear instructions on my front door. This particular courier is notoriously sloppy, one package was actually on steps to front door and another they delivered to the front patio was also stolen. That company replaced my package which was super customer service. This company basically said too bad, no sense of accountability for the couriers they use. Sure i received a couple of emails, then they said it was delivered and they are a very small company that can't afford to replace my items even though the courier was at fault. So I am out $240, not a small amount and I need to purchase new gifts. I won't be buying more products from this company based on this unsatisfactory experience. Sometimes the goodwill that a company extends can come back many times with positive referrals. This isn't the case here, I feel that I was pushed aside as a customer and I am very disappointed. I bring in small businesses to my graduate business classes and we focus on brand awareness and market growth, customer service and differentiation in competitive markets. This won't be one of the good examples I provide to the graduate students or highlight in our podcasts. Just one customer, but we all have networks.

"The best Anti-Aging solution "

Thank you Riversol! I’m in my 40s and I’ve been using the Riversol Anti-aging system for over two years and it’s the best system I’ve ever used. It’s more affordable comparing to other anti aging system I’ve tried like R&F, Lancôme, Clinique ect… everyone should try this it’s worth every penny :)

"how many people are being ignored??"

Hello, I really like the product. My skin does look brighter. I did however only received six little packets from the trial ones and i see that its suppose to be nine. I have tried to talk to anyone in this company about it and i have been completely ignored. So its really not that big of a deal except for that if i buy these products and something went wrong I really believe i will be ignored about that too. I have seen other comments and they are saying dthe same thing as me. You have a very good product here and your blowing off many potential customers because of any type of meaningful conversation about problems that may arise. I realize now that they are not going to talk to me about a couple of packets if they wont even talk to a paying customer. Oh well, i love the skin care. It really delivers but at those prices i wont take a chance that I will be ignored if a problem should arise.
