I have been supported by Libby over the past six weeks and after counselling and hypnotherapy and having a hypno gastric band ! I have lost a stone and a half over this time period. It is a none surgical intervention and has had the effect of meaning I am full after eating small healthy regular meals. Thank you so much !!!!!
