They promised to apply to three jobs on my behalf, but they never did. I received no updates, no applications—nothing. I had to constantly chase them just to get a copy of my own CV, and when I asked for the Word document, they refused to send it. Their service is misleading and untrustworthy. In my case the reviewer was in in a different time zone (my guess is India) so there was a built in delay for every contact. didnt even respond to my requests for changes which I sent on the tuesday. The edit window finished on the friday with still no response

he used AI for quite a bit of the content, esp the cover letter.
