To be honest I don't see any changes

The wife more so than me. She suffered from bad gas most of the time and now only when she eats really gassy foods.she also lost about 5 ponds this past month.

I have seen very little improvement. Can't get into any details due to having an acute gout flare up this past month.

Bio-X 4 has invigorating effects on my whole digestive tract. I feel healthier, cleaner and brisk. I take one or two capsules every time I eat food, and the reward is it keeps me regular and clean.
