From the start of the claim, after the accident which damaged my car (which wasn’t my fault and I wasn’t even in my car when it happened). I was kept informed about what work needed doing and I was text or emailed regularly and also someone also phoned a few times, to let me know how things were going. All the staff whom I spoke with were so lovely, caring and friendly. I have now got my car back and I’m very grateful to everyone involved in the repair of my car.
