"This is a BS ticketing site"

This is a BS ticketing site. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. THEY "booked" my reservation, never sent me boarding passes. This was a family health emergency and I reserved this flight along with a car and hotel and they promised my boarding passes would be sent. I never received them and when I finally get through they say, sorry, we are refunding you as the flight was overbooked. Now I can't get to my family! Unbelievable that Trustpilot would even give them a rating!
