I've had bad experiences with conveyancing solicitors in the past, but was extremely impressed with the attention and speed with which Fiona Jackson carried out the whole process. We lost a buyer at one point, as soon as we found a new one she was straight back on the case.

We used Harold Stock & Co for 2 recent property sales and Sarah Major was our lead within the firm. The first sale was pretty straightforward and went through as expected under the direction of Sarah. Our second sale was much more complicated and was not helped by people at the bottom of the chain constantly dragging their heels and not dealing with issues in a timely way. At times we thought that the sale and our purchase of another property were never going to happen but Sarah led the process on our behalf and went above and beyond what might normally be expected of a solicitor to ensure that the sale and purchase both went ahead.
