You only REALLY know if an insurance company is any good or not when you have to make a claim.

Unfortunately I needed to make a claim recently. And it was a big one after a lightning strike. And I have to say Admiral were great.

Richard Chitty in particular was so helpful. From offering advice on where to head to next in order to get repairs, to arranging for a marine surveyor to assess the damage when we arrived in Singapore, to sympathetically and professionally dealing with the claim over the following months.

I recommend them absolutely.

And putting my money where my mouth is - I’ve renewed with them again this year.

Poor in the handling of my claim - misleading and stressful. Not representing the service Admiral describe on their web site. Very disappointing. Even more disappointing if Trustpilot remove my negative review as they have done before because how can this service be trusted? If there were minus stars I would have applied them.
