Hello I’ve ordered an Pioneer DJ DJM-A9 from them with next day delivery due to to an upcoming event so the purchase was very much time sensitive.
All in all Did has failed to delivery it in time obviously and it ended up going back to RUBADUB.
I’ve been in contact with them this week making numerous warnings that I need it asap otherwise the purchase makes no sense.
Been promised that by today my issue will been resolved so when I called again I got hit with the request to send in :
• Passport
• Photo of the card
• Utility bill
Since they have concerns this is a legit order.

Like seriously ??
You mess me about for a week to tell me this non sense now ???
I am considering involving a 3rd party as I don’t see going to far with this cowboys.

Please don’t get tricked by the good reviews this is a real experience.
