Great initial conversation on swapping my car stereo out for another. Gavin promised to send details over to me while provisionally booking an appointment for me.
1. No details arrived via whatsapp as was promised.
2. 2 follow up whatsapp messages from me to Gavin ignored.
3. Last ditch phone call from me to Gavin was dropped.
The positive reviews here must be for someone else. Disappointed and wondering why so bad on this occasion.
