Balmer Wilcock managed my rental property for six years and I was always very happy with the service they provided. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional and kept me updated. They handled all aspects of letting my house from screening tenants, to dealing with the legal aspects and making the necessary checks and inspections. The fees represented excellent value for money. When I decided to sell the property it was managed seamlessly by BW and after a few weeks of the house being on the market I took their advice to repaint the front door. The property sold a few days later!
