I am so impressed with the whole experience of choosing and buying my glasses. The home try on service is great - much easier to make a decision than in a busy store. Delivery was quick, communication was also speedy and friendly and the prices are very competitive. Everything that shopping small and sustainably should be - ticked all the boxes for me! Not to mention the very stylish selection of frames on offer - love it!

I booked the Peep Polish for my black acetate glasses. The service is top notch. The glasses look just as new and were returned really promptly. Very happy to recommend these guys. Wonderful customer service with personal communication about the process.

Peep have breathed new life into a lovely old pair of frames using my current prescription - they're so clear to see through and arrived back in a lovely box with a travel bag and cloth too. Sent my Tom Ford sunglasses off to peep for a polish and reglaze as they were showing 5 years of wear & tear.. they’ve come back today looking and feeling brand new.. I think the price is very fair to give glasses a new lease of life.. if everyone knew about peep a lot less plastic would go in to landfill and people would enjoy the extra money not spent on new glasses!

I sent my 7+ year old Face À Face specs to Peep Eyewear for a polish and reglaze - they just arrived today and I am SO pleased with the result. They've been given a second chance at life after I thought these eye wateringly expensive frames were doomed to be sent to the Opticians in the sky. They look almost brand new and I'm excited to start wearing them again. Jo was extremely helpful in deciding what services I needed (all options really affordable IMO) and how to choose the reglaze options. They were also back with me within a week of me sending them off. Thanks team!

So glad I found Peep Eyewear! I scuffed the frames in multiple places of some brand-new Chanel sunglasses, after dropping them on their first outing. Genuinely looked unsalvageable to me, but a few days with Peep Eyewear and they’ve come back as good as new!

Jo at Peep eyewear saved my grandfathers vintage sunglasses after I stepped on them, by replacing the glass lenses. All my questions were answered very quickly, and she found a solution for me that allowed them to be repaired. Very fast as well! I am very grateful for the service, thank you!

Unfortunately, I didn't find a pair of glasses to suit me, but I cannot fault the service: the glasses came in a box padded with cardboard confetti (so no plastic), and a return postal sticker was included. Moreover, the polarised sunglass lenses were impressively clear and sharp, so I'm rather regretting having to send them back!
