The product seems ok, as described in website. However, I was expected to be delivered it on Tuesday, but it arrived on Friday. I really needed for Wednesday the latest, so that was a bit disappointment.

Ordered on Sunday, goods arrived on Wednesday. Unfortunately the wrong item was supplied, but after a quick e-mail, the correct item was received on Friday while the incorrect item was on its way back!

I only receive one notification that the product I ordered has been shipped. Since from there I don't know where it's whereabouts and approximately what date I will receive it. Poor customer service.

Only one possible criticism. Documentation could be a little better.

A printed guide to the use of the product - or a link to a website where I could download a pdf. Instruction book showing how to use the product to best effect would be much appreciated.
Otherwise I have nothing but praise! Excellent service!
