Had a bit of trouble locating the helpdesk at the airport to pick up my card, but that was because I walked straight past the escalator down to the lower floor!
Aprt from that I found the Helsinki Card to be very good value for money, managing to avail myself of over €150 worth of services and discounts over the 72 hour validity of the card. Woulf highly recommend this card if you are going to be visiting Helsinki's many museums and galleries extensively.

Best way to get around Helsinki! The price is definitely worth it, we used it for 2 days and got to see the top attractions as well as the ferry.
