Genial, por el trato dado y tener casi 24h a disposicion a un traductor. En el mismo hotel pude conversar con pacientes de otras clinicas, pagaron en muchos caso mas (+1000€) que yo, recibieron menos informacion (que ropa usar despues, como usar las medicinas y un largo etc.). Ya mi hermano estuvo en este clinica, solo puedo aconsejarla. Transplante FUE-Zafiro.

I am very happy with the decision I made, the communication before traveling was good, when I arrived at the airport in Punta Cana they picked me up on time in a very comfortable van, they took me directly to the hotel, the hotel is super close to the clinic less than 1 mile, I rested that day, the hotel is comfortable, perfect for resting, breakfasts are included, the next day they picked me up at the scheduled time, I arrived at the clinic in less than 5 minutes and I was shocked to see the facilities so clean, so spacious , the clinic is new, the staff is very friendly, they calm you down, they give you very nice energy, they speak to you in English, Spanish or Turkish, you feel a very warm treatment, the Dr is very dear, very professional, she takes all the time to respond your questions, she shows you with a mirror where the grafts will be and for me it is very important that she makes you participate in her treatment plan, she explains to you without effort, she is really very kind and professional. It is a long day, 6-7 hours, they give you lunch and a small dinner, they are very attentive to you... the postoperative instructions are very clear and they give them to you in writing with videos for greater understanding, really. I am happy with the decision I made, thanks so much all staff !! I am very grateful to the entire group of ANATOMICA workers for their kindness and responsibility. Coming into this I was very nervous about getting a hair transplant. But, after reading reviews, communicating with the staff, and upon arrival at the clinic, my nerves began to subside because of how great everyone was. From the moment my wife and I stepped in, the doctor and everyone truly cared about making me feel comfortable, and also about being honest with what was going to be best for me. I want to thank Can for the way he translated and made everything seamless for me to understand. Can, you are amazing!

"Schlechte Haartransplantation"

Meine Haartransplantation ist jetzt etwa 15 Monate her.
Transport und Dolmetscher waren sehr gut. Das Ergebnis ist allerdings alles andere als gut. Im Nachhinein sehen meine Haare schlechter aus als vorher.
Bereits während des Heilungsprozesses sind mir enorm viele alte Haare ausgefallen. Es hieß, dies sei normal. Allerdings kamen die nicht mehr wieder und auch neue Haare sind nur wenig gewachsen. Keine 2300 Grafts, die insgesamt transplantiert wurden. Nach Rücksprache mit der Klinik hieß es später, das der aktuelle Haarzustand an meinem ursprünglichen Haarausfall aber nicht an der Transplantation liegt. Die Antwort kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen, da Haare nur im transplantierten Bereich und nach der Behandlung ausgefallen sind. Sie haben mir Angeboten eine weitere Transplantation zu einem reduzierten Preis durchzuführen, was ich etwas frech finde, da ich mit der ersten ja schon sehr unzufrieden bin.
Die Vermutung ist nun, dass bestehende Haarfolikel verletzt wurden, was zum Ausfall der Bestandshaare geführt hat und die neuen Haare teilweise nicht anwachsen konnten.

Fazit: Daher kann ich diese Klinik absolut nicht empfehlen. Trotz der guten Organisation blieb das gewünschte Ergebnis aus. Zudem wurde die OP nicht vom Arzt persönlich durchgeführt sondern von zwei Assistenten. Ob es an der mangelnden Erfahrung gelegen hat oder etwas anderem, weiß ich nicht. Ich bereue die Behandlung.

treatment was really good everyone was super nice and everything was pretty much as advertised. except for the fact that hair really didn't grow as advertised from all the hair they planted i really thought it was going to be better but i look at before and after picture and not much there and i would say they might agree with me as no one bother to contact me after i sent them the 1 year post picture( total silence) my one star is mostly for lack of checking after the fact but they wanted me to do a video mediately after surgery and if you notice all the videos are just that " mediately after surgery"
i had a previous surgery and doct checked on me every 4 month that's caring!
