I’ve ordered from Butler’s a number of times and always found the team to be friendly, helpful and informative (they always keep me informed with order updates).

I original found Butler’s via their stocking of blankbottle wines but, being based in the Midlands it is unfortunately not too easy to pop into store so, I have subsequently explored the rest of their excellent range online - there is plenty of choice from the traditional to the unusual and all to date have been wonderful!

Whilst packing up to move internationally a friend died and I needed to organise an emergency case of something luscious to support the wake. Not only did their wonderful team organise and deliver within an incredibly tight deadline they drafted a message for me too which I approved. Wonderful!! Henry and Team managed to locate some difficult to find American wine which they kindly offered and I gratefully accepted. They truly differentiate by being able to surprise by sourcing stock very much outside the run of the mill.
