"Bad customer service but good products"

Items were shipped quickly and without issue. However I never received an email confirmation of my order nor any tracking/shipping info from them until after I posted a bad review. I tried contacting them on every platform where they have a presence but only got an email from them after the bad review despite then claiming to have emailed me several times over. It took 4 emails and a bad review before I got any shipping info or even my order number. Apparently part of the issue is they don't answer emails on the weekends. I got a super fast response after sending an inquiry regarding the shipping on my order still showing up as “processing” after quite awhile. I didn’t expect to even get an answer with my email being two days before Christmas, but I did!
Carly responded promptly, clearly, and kindly, with a fix to the issue. She was also very forthcoming about the issue being a tech problem and finding out what they could do to right it. The issue was really out of their control so the fact that they ended up expediting shopping once it was corrected and offering a coupon was really awesome.

The customer service is 10 out of 10 The layout of the store is affirming for me since it's not labeled "Men's toys" or "Women's toys" I love how inclusive this store is, I believe that Zoe (owner) goes over the top to make sure her customers are happy. Spectrum Boutique is a wonderful shop and sex education hub.
The prices here are competitive to other adult toy stores.
