Ik krijg steeds facturen via PayPal om te betalen. Maar heb nooit van hun diensten gehoord laat staan er gebruik van gemaakt. Ik weiger dan ook te betalen.

J'ai été prélevé d'une somme sur mon compte bancaire de Ce site PC CLEANER propose des prix attractifs à l' année et finalement c'est au mois les 39,80 Euros et de plus ils passent par l'intermédiaire d'un site frauduleux UPCLCK INC situé au canada, malte et USA donc non seulement on ne peut pas joindre les plateformes mais en plus on ne peut pas résilier soi-même son compte parce qu'on ne le retrouve pas.
Cette transaction a eu lieu en date du 10/05/24 et prélevé sans mon autorisation le 13/05/24.

what i was charged for was not what was represented for sale. i attempted to reach your company immediately but was unable to do so as there was no one available to help me. i believed i was purchasing a 35 $ product but when the receipt was provided it showed a charge of 75 $ which as i stated previously i attempted to cancel. In mho very (can i say dishonest)

Never buy from this company. I also purchased the $59 one. I'm not complaining about that. The problem started when they offered to register my software by way of chat. I agreed until the point of Paul wanting to remotely hook up to my computer. I said absolutely not. I won't let people I know do that. So I got suspicious and read through my receipt and realized this wasn't through Adobe. When I went to install the software my virus protection flagged it as a virus. This was before looking at my receipt, and I let it go through the install. I've since lost my ability to get online except for my outlook. I can't Uninstall the program because it needs to be online. Not to mention I didn't get a key for the program to register it. I called my cc company and am canceling payment. I've shared my screen shots with them showing the Uninstall failures. This is a complete scam. Looks like I'm going to have to format my computer with 6 tb of programs on it. To say the least I'm f__king pissed!!!!!!
I'll give one prop, they certainly get back to these reviews quickly. Funny how I'm able to get online again after posting. I had to run netsh winsock reset just to get my outlook to work, yesterday but after 20 attempts to uninstall it failed because the program was blocking my internet access. Which each time I tried it popped up my virus protection. So I disabled it but magically it turned my virus protection back on to stop my install. There's something seriously wrong here. Now that I can get online I'm hoping that I can uninstall. Another note there is no uninstall link or shortcut within the pdf program their selling. I've asked for a refund, I will say if they approved it or not.

Originally wanted PDf Suite at 59.95 but the company charged Paypal 89.80. Tried to cancel with the company but no success. They never returned my emails. Do not purchase anything from this company!!!!
The add is missleading and you end up with way more than you originally wanted all at extra charges which are not mentioned! By the time I tried getting through to the company it was too late to cancel on Paypal!

I trialed the PDF Converter software paying $2.97 but after using it found it wasn't what I was looking for. I cancelled my subscription and automatic subscription, only to find this company has taken $99.99 out of my PayPal account. I have lodge a complaint waiting a refund.

"No response for 2 weeks after submitting refund request"

I submitted a request (ticket number 5241560) to refund $79.99 and cancel renewal for something I never used and don't need. It has been 2 weeks with no response from any customer service rep. Chatted online and only were informed it has been assigned to Claire and she would contact by email asap. Now 4 days has passed and still there is no sign of any response. Please take care of this request asap.

Konto ist in Luxemburg. Anzeige bei der Polizei ist gemacht.
