I would have given you 5 stars but the wrong blind is stopping at the wrong length. The one that is over the heater now comes down too far and the other one stops too short.. But other than that I love the blinds.

Overall I am happy with this purchase. There was some confusion with the order placement and shipping that was frustrating. Although the address on the website is listed in California, the product is created and shipped from China. It took an additional 2 weeks for the product to arrive.

The product itself works great, is easy to setup, and easy to install. With an inside window mount, light is still able to come through the sides of the shades as there is a gap of about 3/4" on each side. It would be nice to have some sort of additional blocker that could be installed (which I later found on Amazon).

Overall, the motorized blackout shades are great and I would recommend them.

Smartwings motorize blinds are superb in every aspect. I have never felt better about a company’s customer support in years. The lady that assisted me was very helpful, even help me solve a mistake I had made in measurements and send me a replacement quickly without hassle. I can’t say enough good things about this company. My blinds are awesome!!!!
