inventory is never up to date, waiting time for processing is way too long. never know what will come in the package, what's out of stock. stuff shows up broken and try to get it replaced is impossible

I wish I could pick 3.5 stars because I feel the site is very user friendly and easy to find what we're looking for. I also like the option for an email notification when something we need is back in stock.
My complaint is that it seems to really slow down my computer. It takes way to long to load a page when I search for something.

I really enjoy the product selection and customer service provided by Windship. My sales rep is always very friendly and helpful, and the website works great. However, I really wish that my shipping costs could be calculated before checkout. I also think the site could be hugely improved by telling me what products are in stock and what would be backordered before I actually place the order. I hate wasting time ordering products thinking they will be delivered, just to get my order delivered with a bunch of the products not included because of backorder. These two aspects of the site are very frustrating to me, but I do like the site in general and I like the product selection enough to work around the frustration.

Fulfillment is pretty bad. I'll be lucky to receive half of what I initially ordered. Great products, great website, just terrible fulfillment.
