3 of our fittings were damaged in delivery. The remote sensor on 3 of the fittings had to be modified on site as a repair The sensor was snapped off. I would recommend strnger packaging. No complai t with the product

"PIR replacement light"
Great service. Light arrived in two days standard delivery. It replaced a Luseco light which failed after less than 3 years. Fitted it yesterday and added an external water proof junction box. That means we can remove in the future from outside without having to get to the internal junction box which is under the floor boards. The light is easy to install and has protruding adjustment buttons which makes it easier to set up. It gives a warm light all the way to my back gate at 12m away. I can not comment on it's longevity but time will tell. The 5 year warranty is a good bonus.

"Good online light store but let down by incompetent ‘FedEx’ courier company"
Unfortunately LampShopOnline were massively let down by thier terrible courier FedEx that first lost and delivered to the wrong address then 10 days later arrived with a smashed light fitting unpackaged and light with wrong fittings unusable. The customer service team understood the level of inconvenience and were rightly concerned at their couriers incompetence and rectified promptly, correctly. Sadly this review would’ve been better if the right parts arrived at the right time but I believe they are working to improve on this stopping FedEx.

Bought some items from Lamp Shop Online a good few months ago. A short time ago one of the items, still in warranty developed a fault.
Lampshop Online, grasped the problem immediately and without fuss or faff, replaced the faulty item with quick delivery of a replacement.
Things will always go wrong, thats life, its how you recover that matters, cant fault LSO (only the lamp), buy with confidence

I ordered two LED replacement fluorescent tubes.
Well FedEx broke one of them on the initial delivery, then broke the replacement, the third time even though FedEx managed to put holes in the first layer of protection on the package clearly marked fragile, the warehouse had used so many layers of protection the tubes survived.
A lesser company would have just said make a claim against FedEx.

Replaced a very old fluorescent tube with an LED one. Easy to find what I needed on the website. Delivery was prompt and item was packaged very well. Tube fits and works perfectly. I would definitely use Lamp Shop Online again.
