I accidentally ordered a gift which was already owned by the recipient, and Worth's Fantastical Gift Emporium both accepted a full cash refund, but even paid for the return delivery cost despite sending the item out free of charge. When then asking about alternatives I could order, they went through the effort of contacting a wholesaler to bring a product I was interested in back in stock, and when I ordered said product, they made my delivery 24hr, again, free of charge, to ensure the items delivery for Christmas day. Absolutely outstanding and lovely thing to do, will be ordering again
