My ordering and your delivery of the tipping kettle were both fine. It was disappointing that the box containing the kettle was obviously damaged before you packed it. None of the outer packaging was damaged.
The kettle is intended as a gift, so I've wrapped it ready to give and just hope the kettle itself is undamaged.

Highly recommend this lovely family run business. We visited the showroom to look at riser recliner chairs for my dad. Both ladies in the show room were lovely showing dad the huge variety of chairs they had to choose from and explaining how each worked. We then called to order a chair a few weeks later. They delivered and installed within 1 hour of me phoning amazing service Thank-you so much for such a brilliant 5* service :)
