I am thoroughly impressed with chemical records. I received my purchase 4 days after ordering. It was the wrong size, so I sent it back for exchange (which was incredibly simple.. i just had to write on form they had given me why I was sending it back and whether i wanted a refund or exchange). I expected it to take ages to come back after that but it was back 2 days later in time to give as a birthday present.

The product is brilliant quality and looks lovely on my other half.
