I found this Mason and Pearson hairbrush on this site. It was a better price than on another site. I placed my order but forgot to deduct the 10% discount I had. Contacted customer services and a very friendly and helpful woman (I think I shouldn’t mention names in reviews) said no worries, she would deduct the discount for me. My brush arrived very speedily. All good. Excellent product and service. Thank you for a hassle-free transaction. Will definitely use this site again.

My order was cancelled 30 mins after it was dispatched, but clearly not actually dispatched, as I never received anything. No explanation as to why either, even after asking several times.
