My recent house purchase was made so much easier with the assistance and constant updates from Ashleigh , she kept me informed and helped me get it the completion done in the time scale I’d asked for can’t thank her and her team enough for their efforts.

Brilliant customer care all through the chain. I wasn't even dealing with New Move personally as they were at the top of the chain (i believe my seller was buying a house through them) however New Move have been the glue that has held everything together throughout my move. We invited several estate agents before instructing New Move. We chose New Move for their realistic market appraisal and NOT making promises of “the biggest mailing list”. It only takes one person to buy.
We were pleased with the marketing and calls were always answered. We also knew when prospective buyers were shown the property they were shown by Lee who was familiar with the property. Good recommendation for a solicitor for the conveyancing (thank you).
The fees were very good and we would definitely recommend New Move.

We used New Move as part of an incentive when buying our new home. New move arranged for the estate agents to visit and then handled all the dealings with the agents and the solicitors involved in the buying and selling of our home.
This was out really well as it removed any chasing around from my side of things. We were given a weekly update as to progress and the whole process worked very well.
If we were to move again I would have no hesitation in using new move again.
