"Bit of a shipping nuisance, but corrected"

Only received 1 of the 2 lights I ordered and got an “order complete” email. Second light came separately two days later. Rather confusing. Products are fine. Just a recommendation to look into you automated emailing system for “completed” when it’s not.

"I'm happy with everything"

I'm happy with everything, but to spend 115$ on lights that aren't working properly is a bit discussing. One of the dusk to dawn switch is faulty. How can I get it replaced?

"Company Won’t Respond (until they see your 1 star review)"

I’m not one to leave reviews but this company is terrible. Although now I’m wondering if it even is a company or just another scammer. I purchased 2 pendant lights a few weeks ago. The company got in contact with me to tell me they only had one light available so we proceeded with the order of just one light. The light didn’t work with my space and I need to return it. I reached out to the company and haven’t received any response from them in over a week. I’ve called and left many messages, emailed almost all of the different emails they have available and still nothing. I would never shop here again and advise anyone who sees this to steer clear of Claxy.

Update as of 9/21/22
Claxy did respond back to my emails after leaving this review. They said there were server issues and did not receive any of my emails until the day I left the initial review. They also asked me to take down my 1 star review. Now had things gone more smoothly I might've changed my review to a higher score but alas things weren't perfect. I'll give Claxy credit and go along with the idea of "server issues" but why did no one ever pick up or return my voicemails when I called the store about 20 times when I didn't hear back from them. Also, when they sent me only 1 pendant light, they had still charged me for 2 and didn't reimburse me for the extra light until 2 weeks later after I had to send emails asking for the refund. Furthermore, when I went to return the pendant light that had been sent to me I had to pay for my own return label and provide the company with my tracking number (unusual these days). I kept track of my return since we had so many issues and noticed my package was received on August 19th but the company was unable to confirm and process the return until nearly 2 weeks after the package had been delivered. Since then the company has reached out multiple times asking for me to take down my review.

Overall:
If you're the type of person who likes to triple check and follow up on purchases and returns, you'll have a great experience with Claxy. However if you're more like me and prefer a simpler shopping experience, this may not be the company for you.

"Do NOT order from this website"

Do NOT order from this website. Their customer service and return policies are terrible. I order 3 light fixtures for $179, when I received them they were too small for the space. I contacted them to return and they sent me an unpaid return label to ship the items back to the Amazon Reseller all the way in Las Vegas, NV. Went to UPS to ship the items back and it was going to cost me $60 to ship them from South Carolina all the way to NV. I then contacted Claxy with my concern of the return cost and they told me they can not help.

When ordering lighting online you do not know what it will look like until you see it in the space. I was ok with paying some money to return but not $60 when my order total was $179.

I highly recommend ordering lights from a different supplier or directly through Amazon. Claxy customer service will not help you.

"Nice pendants and good customer service!"

We ordered 4 pendant lights in antique silver. They seem very nice and good quality. 2 were incorrectly shipped in bronze but understandable bc the box actually said antique silver. CLAXY called me back about it on a Sunday night and promptly remedied the situation and sent out the corrected lights quickly. We will order from them again.
