Awesome service for my restaurant logo and website! These guys really know how to meet deadlines! Would definitely recommend others to use their service!

"BEWARE!"

WORST COMPANY EVER! Not only did they fight me on handing over my website, they designed 7 different sites instead of a multisite - my #1 request was that my customers could check out on one cart and they assured me they could - later said I should separate them all and just market each site individually. The very worst thing they did was they installed a VIRUS on my sites, and 7 months later I still can't use any of them. I've had to pay another developer to change everything to a multisite and purchase plugins that should have been done from the beginning. I filed a claim with my bank, I'm getting my money back from these unprofessional, terrible liars. They have other company names that is easy to find when you search. Buyer beware!! They also verbally abused me, called me names for disagreeing with them and had the nerve to try and get me to pay again. Worst experience in all of my life. There are FAR better developers out there, keep searching! This company had to change their name several times because they're known for misrepresentation, never handing over the sites and not giving people what they ask for. If you purchased web development from them, do a virus scan - chances are you got a virus too. AND every time they accessed my back office, they changed my email so that they were the main contact for any transactions - I've had to change everything and go through my ftp and mysql in order to make sure they were locked out - they had backdoor access, REVOKED. I'm contacting the bbb and filing fcc and internet fraud charges against them.

give 3.5 stars. given trying to make/create a website via over emails, and a few direct phone calls....the process is made with built in hurdles of 'back and forth' stuff. I tried to provide all info, and anticipated material, via email, with attachments, and examples and plain english. Info on several occassions had to be given twice, sometimes 3 times. When changes were to be made, let us say 2-4 of them.....usually only one was made; and if only one was needed, it was done----however all changes took about 48 hours to happen, sometimes next day; things like a typo, or add a sentence. drag and drop in a different picture. But having to give 3 times my office hours.....or remind how to correctly spell a word? Or to provide pictures again.

But they were always pleasant, did listen, we got it done; it took about 6 weeks from start to finish. I know if someone was just there working on the website, and probably not part of a crew working on multiple jobs at once.....this could have been done in 4-5 days; ie i could have reviewed the progress at night, and submitted changes to be done during the day.....it would have been 4-5 days. But it is what it is....they did good, I give it a "B" I enjoyed the challenge, but it did draw out.

"Poor Experience, Unsatisfied, will have to spend more money to finish."

There was multiple changes and difficulty communicating with the staff. I had to provide images and examples of what I wanted in order for my vision to be understood. I paid for a Copyright registration which I was told would be protect my design and what I got for the money I paid was a only a Certificate from this company stating that they gave me all rights to just one of the logos that I created with them. The second logo was not included in the certificate with the different color scheme and the Copyright was not registered with the appropriate agency in the United States. Then, I received phone calls from other individuals in this organization asking me to pay extra in order to register the Copyright for a temporary period when this should be a permanent registration. This has been a complicated experience and I have had to go out of my way to get the design I was looking for and yet I still don't have the proper Copyright registration that I paid for from the beginning.

If you're going to do business with this company, make sure you are dealing with Max, he reached out to me and was extremely apologetic for the way I was treated by their customer service agent. He did everything he could to win me back and because of how hard he tried, I am giving them a 4 star rating.
If I would have started with Max, I would definitely have done business with them.
