After having expressed my deepest disappointment I finally received an email (after more than 4 weeks) with an offer of a refund. Again nothing is happening. Question is do you actually have a customer service or are you just an app with "fake" customer service.
Avoid unless you don't care about quality!

Zipjet used to be great but now it is Laundrapp I would not recommend using. I have been a customer over the past couple of years and placed an order for pickup, as I normally do before traveling, on Sunday for delivery on Tuesday evening. I waited at home during the pickup window and then it was past the pickup time. After a while, without a call or anything, I received a email and text letting me know their driver was running "severely late" and they canceled my order! I don't recommend using - the prices are through the roof and if they are going to treat customers the way they treated me and are not able to provide a reliable service, then the cost isn't justified.

"Completely unreliable"
First time using the app. Booked a pick up got 9am - 10am..... at 11am the driver still hadn't arrived. I joined an online chat with an agent who assured me the driver was 10 minutes away and offered £5 discount. at 11.15am I received a text message saying the pick up was cancelled. So I waited in all morning for nothing and paid £20 upfront?! Terrible, terrible service - AVOID

"Absolute Joke"
Absolute Joke! Do not Use, Awful service. So firstly they arrived 3 hours late for collection. I was understanding due to a major incident that took place in the City last Friday. But then i've booked the 9-5 Special offer which was 2 Piece (Trouser and a Blazer) and 5 shirts for £20. I was then charged £27.50 because the Trouser and Blazer wasn't a matching pair! This wasn't made very clear at the time of booking but then later found out in the FA questions that it had to be a matching pair. This to me sounds an excuse to whack on an extra charge on the order. And then my order was suppose to arrive yesterday, but i had a message saying the attempted delivery failed when i was in all day. I'm still waiting for someone to email me or call me as to what has gone wrong and when i will get my clothes back!

Very good service. They let you know if they are late/cancelled and give discount if so.
