Nagyon megijedtem amikor a " beszéd" funkció egyik napról a másikra nem működött. Felhívtam a számlán megadott telefonszámot: a wifit kapcsoljam ki.Gyors és hatékony segítséget kaptam a problémám megoldásához. Köszönöm!

"Problem with the interpreter"

The dialoge function works in a wrong way and the interpreter freezes in every 3 minute, and I have to restart it.

"Vasco Translator V4 for work purposes"

I bought Vasco Translator V4 for work purposes. Here is my opinion (starting date is 4/Oct/2022 End date 27/Oct/2022). 
I mainly use the device to translate from English to Hungarian, Russian, Italian, and Arabic. 
1) Packaging: It is very well packaged.
2) The box contains:
 - A case for the device, which is perfect. 
- A charger, but it is super slow(my recommendation is to remove it).
 -A leash, which is so helpful. 
3) Battery takes 2hrs to charge from 0% to 85% while the device is shut down.
4) Conversation: When I use my S22 with the Google Translate app, I get better results. In addition, in the street, voice recognition is so faulty. 
Hungarians must speak slowly for voice recognition.
 My phone(Samsung S22) is much faster in translation than V4, mentioning that both trails are done at the same time. 
It does not recognize native Russian speakers accurately. I tried it with more than one person. Yandex Translate is much better. 
The device needs a looooot of training for accurate voice recognition. 
By doing a speed test, Google translate on S22 is faster than V4.V4 does not catch Low voice however Google translate on S22 does.
If the speaker stops to take a breath, the device ends the listening period immediately. But this does not happen in Google translate.
The Arabic and Italian language voice recognition accuracy is very poor.

All tests are done by native speakers.

As a conclusion: Voice recognition is very poor, and S22 is certainly better.


*The company is advertising a lot for the device on YouTube, facebook, etc...
My recommendation is to spend more on development.
From my experience, V4 is just a trial version.

Nem beszélünk idegen nyelvet. Szeretnénk elutazni Spanyolországba ezért nagy szükségünk van rá. Könnyen kezelhető és érhető a menü kezelése. Még csak most tesztelgetjük, decemberben megy majd élesben.

A berendezés nem ismeri fel sem a magyar se a másik nyelvet.
Félrefordít, kellemetlen helyzetekbe hoz.
Az írott szövegnek csak egy részét fordítja.
Megbántam a vásárlást.
