18K for one year of coaching ? Once stg signs you, they'll try to upsell you on other expensive products that you would imagine should be included in the package, as far as our personal coaching goes, we kept getting tossed around from coach to coach because every time we would link up with a coach he or she would reschedule for or be gone the next week (high turnover) , reached out to Ryan out of frustration and he didn't even care enough to follow up on our concerns. For the amount of money we invested just to learn baseline selling, week in and week out, which actually repeled customers away more than signing them, if you're new or been around in construction sales, do yourself a favor and keep away from Ryan and stg, there are better and more economical sales consultants with actual experience of being an owner operator and will provide you better training without jerking you around. For the hard earned money we spent and what we received in exchange there was very little or zero value, honestly wish we never heard of STG,

If you want a reliable process to recruit, hire, and train great salespeople to give you consistent sales numbers you can count on you need to take a hard look at STG. We’ve doubled our sales, trained new people quickly, and my people have grown because of the training they receive at the in person events. It’s not cheap, it takes time but every problem in your business can be fixed by a great sales organization.
