I have used Carpet Bird to clean a quite vast carpeted area of the house plus few curtains. They have been very professionals and the work was carried out perfectly. Reece has been very kind and prompt to respond to any needs including coming back to remove a stain which wasn’t gone completely. He returned in less than 24 hrs from my call. Called Carpet Birds late afternoon following an accident at home which had left numerous spots of blood on a beige carpet. Reece fitted us in the following day and, to my complete astonishment, managed to get rid of the blood stains. I would highly recommend this company as they reacted quickly and solved a really big problem with no fuss. Incredibly grateful to them for the service.
