Terrible customer service….no one answers at the number that you give for returns, questions etc. I have left multiple messages and asked for a callback but nothing. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I received my order quickly and wanted to make an exchange on 1 item because it was too small. I called and left 2 voicemails, sent 2 emails to customer service and still no response. They are specific telling you that refunds can only be accepted within 5 days of receiving the order but they fail to respond to the customer. I love the jewelry but their online service is terrible. Maybe this review will get them to call me.
