"First time I’d tried a lease"

First time I’d tried a lease. Was a bit sceptical about using pink as the deal for my A class seemed too good to be true and there was not much info about Pink available on forums like this, however made my enquiries and received good customer service. When I was advised the finance element of the lease was with Arval (a multinational leasing company) I thought I’d go for it. The process was not very quick, 2-3 months from initial enquiry, and the car I initially was getting was double booked. That said James Harrison and Holly Jenkins pulled out the stops and sourced the car I wanted while constantly keeping in touch and updating me. The delivery company dropped off the car earlier today and I’m totally delighted. Would definitely recommend using the company and not to be put off by lack of reviews etc, think they are quite a new company so that’s the only reason I can see. Can’t really fault the service at all, will be keen to use again for my next car.

Overall, I found this company easy to deal with and I got the exact deal offered in the time frame the suggested! I feel like the process took longer than it should have considering my car was in stock and deadlines which the company set, were often missed. Despite this, the car came exactly as I ordered and the sales support co ordinator, Brogan, was really helpful and friendly!

Staff mislead you into signing deals for cars that do not exist then the price suddenly over inflates because original advertised vehicle is not available.
Unscrupulous!!

"Very Good Service So Far"

I am surprised by the negative reviews. I dealt initially with Bilaal who was very helpful in identifying a couple of suitable vehicles at competitive prices. He dealt with credit approval and initial paperwork and order before handing over to Stuart who is equally helpful and handles the process through to the delivery date. Awaiting delivery next month and all seems to be proceeding smoothly at the moment. Based on experience so far, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. When initially making contact, I suggest asking for Bilaal.

Received a reply from a sales representative in 24 hours. I was approved/accepted for finance within 12 hours of submitting my application.
Spoke to representatives through email and phone, they seem highly trained and I am very happy with the service provided.
Will use again & highly recommend.

"Shady sales tactics"

Shady sales tactics. These guys always advertise the cheapest deals on leasing.com but never have ‘any stock left’ when you enquire. They then offer you an alternative at a much higher price. It even takes them ages to get in contact in the first place. Avoid at all costs!
