Great staff always very helpfull because of this i only use contract divan beds! Would reccomend especially for a care home or if u need a specialist bed.

"Apalling Delivery Compnay"
Unfortunately the delivery company you use left a frail 88 year old woman with Dementia to put the delivered mattress onto her bedframe, and refused to take away the old mattress, even though I had paid a hefty sum for it to be removed, because it had a urine stain on it. While you choose to use such a disgraceful delivery company your rating will suffer, as my mother still has no mattress on her bed until I can get to her to do it. Utterly disgraceful. Had a call from the bed company after they saw my review. They offered nothing new during the call and I told them that if they did not, I had nothing more to say. The mattress was not wet and the delivery company was not asked to “dress” a bed, but to put the new mattress on my mother’s bed frame. They were rude to me on the phone when they phoned and I stand by my review. An 88 year old woman with Dementia was treated badly by the delivery company and no one has offered to make amends.

The staff were very efficient and helped to arrange my order to all my requirements (after a few calls).
Whilst the guys who delivered the bed were efficient, the service seemed somewhat impersonal - not sure if this might be attributed to a slight language barrier.
Otherwise all fine.

Mattress arrived at time you said it would. Lads delivered upstairs bedroom and took old one away. They were very friendly and helpful. Mattress was encapsulated. It looks very nice and it's lovely to sleep on. Very happy with experience would use again thank you.

"So my bed finally come next day after…"
So my bed finally come next day after the ordeal, and I have to admit the bed it’s self is made perfect and is easily 5*, is the most solid ottoman bed I’ve ever owned and is all around good quality but the service in order to get the bed was appalling, the one bloke that’s on customer services answers the phone with such a attitude then wonders why he gets it back and I have to now order the headboard and hope it gets to me before next year

I ordered a bed base on the 27/12. I expected a slight delay with delivery with it being Christmas but I read some really good reviews so was hopeful of delivery somewhere near to there 5 day at most promise.
Long story short, it didn't arrive and after multiple emails, I also didn't recieve very good communication from the company.
However, the bed has now arrived, later then hoped for, but it is a lovely base and seems good quality. The company also phoned me after my original review to explain closures and bad weather had effected delivery times. This would have been much appreciated before we had taken our bed apart in expectation of new one arriving.

"Intentionally mislead me about delivery date…"
On 12/12 I asked if I bought a mattress would it be delivered by 28/12 and the reply I got in writing read, ‘Guaranteed 100%’ obviously they failed to deliver over the holiday season blaming their affiliate company V1 Distribution for it, and failing to refund me, exposing me to further expense to purchase a mattress in the interim period.
They asked though whether I wanted to cancel, as under their terms of business, if a buyer cancels the seller keeps 50%! No I said, ‘You must cancel this order to free my money so I can buy another mattress in time for my gursts arriving on 28/12, as you failed to meet the terms of the sale’. They failed to do that too, never apologised, and delivered the mattress on 2/01. Now I have 2 mattresses that have cost me double and 1 mattress I never needed in the first place. It’s bad business to try and secure a sale knowingly misleading the buyer; they were not able to meet the terms of the sale, as they closed for the holidays on 20/12 but never informed me that they were closing then, as I would’ve not bought the mattress had I known this. They left me stressed out instead and couldn’t care less if I had to purchase another mattress for my guests, as they refused to cancel the order not caring at all how their actions would impact me.
