Echo some of the poor customer service comments. Atrocious in fact. Don't deny these guys probably can be quick if you want them to be (I gave them a week so can't verify this), but can absolutely verify other comments about if there's an error, good luck resolving it. I asked for a print of a small 10-page A5 booklet. For a hefty £40 price tag, not difficult and foolishly I trusted upon pick-up that it would be fine / not be difficult - how can you mess that up? Turns out you can... I emailed 2 weeks 6 days later asking for either a reprint or partial refund as they duped several pages... zero accountability, four chasers sent over another 3 week period (i.e. intentional ignoring of my mails hoping I'd forget), and finally offering to reprint as long as I paid another £30 (so £70 for a correct print), and a whole lot of antagonisation later about how it's my fault for being slow. Any other form of business, you make an error, there's a 30/60/90 day return policy for defective goods. Not here. If no refunds for errors, coupled with extreme unprofessionalism, is what you're after, then look no further! Cannot recommend this no matter how quick some like them to be.
EDIT (23 April): They have now offered a refund and given assurances this will not happen again.

I have printed my first business cards using Large Print London, and I am happy with their services. They replied to the emails promptly, they agreed with a time and the work was ready for collection within the deadline.
Highly appreciate their effort in delivering the best customer service, and quality products.

"Poor quality prints/ errors and no apologies"
Firstly, we had to go back and forth several times, repeating the same order requests, and they weren't printed on the time we requested.
Once the order was printed and ready for collection, we found fingermarks on the black formex board, which did not come off, and lines through the other A3 prints. The coloured text on the prints were not the right colour, and one of them wasn't even printed on 300gsm paper. They told us that they cannot expect them to be perfect as someone has to handle the product.
To some credit, they did try and resolve the issue by re-printing and sending the prints by delivery, but even these had marks all over the board, and the corners where damaged on the foamex board.
They asked us to contact them to discuss a refund for a damaged product but have not bothered to respond.
We really wanted to support a local business but the poor customer service and quality means we would not use them again or recommend them to others.
