The service from you was perfect the service from dhl was shocking they had my delivery on the Monday recived a email saying it will be delivered Tuesday phoned up Wednesday to see where the items were and was told they just recived it that day when i asked why i was told tuesday i was told the app was sometimes wrong come on 3 days to process parcel who are you kidding i simple sorry i dont know what happened would have been accepted instead of lieing

The boxes actually turned up at 2.30pm - a little inconvenient, but I managed.
