My wife and I took the last combo tour, cruise/ Alaskan Hwy tour of 2019. We couldn't have had better time. Our guide John G and the rest of the folks at John Hall Tours where the best. Would and probably will take another tour in the future.

We took the Grand Slam tour in 2019 combined with the small ship option. Everything from start to finish was well planned out and no surprises other than an unexpected mechanical failure on a day cruise which triggered a change of plans which went seamlessly and included a partial refund. Excellent accommodations, food, and guides. They were always available to help when something unexpected came up. Would definitely use them again in the future.

We traveled with John Hall's Alaska in 2018. We went in with big expectations which were surpassed ! Top service all the way through, from airport pick up and greeting to airport departure delivery. Very knowledgeable and courteous management and staff.

The problems on one of the Alaskan tours we took wasn't with the John Hall Staff but a tour guide that we understand was "let go" during the tour, If memory serves me correctly it was the first tour/cruise from St. Paul up to Alaska....young John Hall's first tour

We have nothing but good things to say about John Hall’s Alaska. My sister had a problem with her flight and was given great assistance to get it corrected. At every stop all our bags were handled-we never had to touch one until we arrived at home. We were assisted at every stop and felt so comfortable and well cared for. We hope to take another trip in the near future after COVID that is.

Our Alaskan Tour (7-day Land/7-day Cruise) in June 2014 was fantastic! The tour was very well organized, the accommodations were great and the John Hall tour guides were EXCEPTIONAL. We would not hesitate going on another John Hall tour.
