The gift package I ordered arrived on time which was amazing considering all the strikes recently. It was very well packaged and communication/updates were good. I'm sure the recipient will love the gift.

Ordered during Black Friday period. Package was ready for collection from 24 November according to email and tracking number, however it was appears not to have been collected until 4 December. As one item was purchased for Christmas it meant the packaging had to be opened to check products production date - it would be helpful if this information was on stickers which are placed on the outside of the box so both the present giver and recipient could see this at a glance.
