Overall we were happy with the end result. They were unable to get the first flight we had requested. The flights we purchased were more but the timing worked. It took a little longer than they told us initially but they came through in the end :-)

I had a wonderful experience when I booked airline tickets withJoseph Johnson . I do not have a computer and he patiently explained all the details so it worked. His coworkers could’ve explained why my e-ticket didn’t arrive in my inbox immediately. But they didn’t say more than “ it’s on the way” when I called. Then I spoke to him I understood the delay. Then the e-ticket arrived. And I commend his coworker who actually emailed it to me. But it was Joseph who called me back to make sure I got it! Thank you Joseph!

A bait and switch scam.
They will quote you a low price on the website, have you submit payment and then send you an email asking to call them. When you call they will lie and say that the airline is out of the cheap tickets you thought you were buying and quote you a higher price that's inline with every other search engine.
