Popped in for a quote on the Friday and my car was repaired by the Tuesday afternoon. Thanks to Josh for doing a fantastic job in removing the dent on the rear panel. I wasn't certain that the dent could be removed because it was on the body line but the car looks like it hadn't been damaged. I'm very pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate in using Essex Smart Repairs again or in recommending them to anyone else that needs this type of repair to be carried out. I recently had an alloy wheel repair by technician Colin of Essex Smart Repairs.
 
Firstly Colin arrived on time and was both professional and courteous at all times plus the work he did on my wheel was of exceptional quality and standard.

He made a fantastic job of the repair as the damage I sustained hitting the kerb was quite extensive. The work Colin performed on my alloy was so good you would never have known it to have been damaged.

Bad cutomer service.
Sent in for a online quote which I accepted by phone to the office.Told the local guy would contact me.
Took a few days and said he would come on Tuesday
And let me know on the day when he should be coming am or pm.
Tuesday came and went didn't show up, no call text nothing.
Gave it a few days phoned the office they said he probably forgot and would get him to call me.
Waited all day at the end of the day he phoned and said he would come on Tuesday again a week after the first appointment.
Again he didn't turn up no text no call no new appointment.
All on all terrible customer service seems to start from the top as the guy I spoke to in the office is one of the directors of the company.
