I have purchased 5 straps from Toshi, so felt that a review was in order. I cannot fault Rich's craftsmanship and combined with a superb range of hides his straps are absolutely outstanding. So far I have sampled buffalo, horween, kudu, nubuck, and standard veg tanned leather. All are extremely comfortable and with a bit of advice, the perfect fit. All of the straps that I ordered arrived when expected and communications throughout were excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough and it's great to have a UK based strap maker now that "the thing that shall not be named" has made EU purchasing difficult. Wouldn't go anywhere else these days. Thanks again for the straps and service!

I found Toshi Straps through a colleague and what a recommendation it was. Rich is totally on the ball and keeps you informed all the way from first placing the order to receipt of delivery. I went for Tangerine Dream and I certainly wasn't disappointed. It was better than the original Panerai strap that I had.

Responsive customer service from the purchase phase to the delivery. Had some issues with my credit card company and Rich offered alternative order and payment method. When international mailing was an issue due COVID lockdown, I was duly kept posted of the developments.
Product description on the website is reflective of the actual and final production strap. Good quality leather and fine workmanship.
I'm so eager to change my straps now and give my old watch a new lease of life.
Online purchases are generally devoid of any interaction with the seller. However, the exchange I had with Rich gave me the confidence that someone was actively looking into my order. Overall, a great and positive buying experience.

The website is very clear when ordering but if in doubt you can email Rich direct with any questions, he is always quick in coming back to you. Quick turnaround time well within what was stated. I recently purchased a strap for a watch of mine from Toshi-Straps. The entire experience was relaxing and you are kept informed of what is happening and the timelines. I received an email informing me that the straps were ready and when they were posted. I received the straps late but this was as a result of delays at Royal Mail. The straps are fantastic and I am truly elated with my purchase. There is real quality there, the straps fit the watch perfectly and is a wonderful fit on the arm. I have no qualms about referring Toshi-Straps at all!

Bought two in three months after spending many months researching and sourcing bespoke leather straps for an Oris Aquis...

The online order process is very straight forward with lots of choice and easy access to info and tips.... Both orders were placed with an expected four week eta.. and both orders were turned around in half the time. Rich is very helpful and you can tell how much he cares about his customers and the product.
