Just received my hair from Asteria and I must say that I am very impressed. The customer service was exception with almost instant replies to all my queries. As someone who has worked with all types of hair, I must add that the softness and quality of their hair stands out. And love, love their clousure. Over the next few weeks I’ll judge the wearability and durability of the hair. But my initial thoughts are a 10/10. Thank you Asteria hair

"Exceptional customer service !"

I ordered my hair and said my DHL did not deliver my parcel and sign it off as delivered. I was so disappointed and confused as I couldn’t believe this would happen to me. I contacted DHL go investigate and can you believe they claim the person who said they delivered my item no longer work for DHL and they are unable to tack where he delivered my Parcel, however I should contact the seller and make a claim.
Suddenly I received an email to say I notice parcel delivered how is it. I’m like sorry mate it wasn’t delivered and I would like to make a claim. I thought it would. A no no we don’t care. However a lady called Regina was supper nice and apologise and said she can help me. I’m like wdh how. I explained everything DHL advise me and ask her to make a claim and I would like the hair I ordered back. However she explained they can make a claim but it won’t be the full money so the DHL person lied to me. Anyway I told Regina i needed hair for my bday and wow 1 week later I got my hair !! THANK YOU!!
The service was exceptional and on top of that I was more angry wanting DHL to be punished but I had to stay calm as Regina was so professional and assured me she will try her best. She updated me every step of the way. I will be back and I’ve already told family and friends of the service. The hair is also wonderful.

"Do not order their kinky hair"

Do not order their kinky hair. Have very good experience with their curly and straight wigs, gorgeous quality but this was horrible. I went back and forth with customer service and after spending $180 they wanted to give me $15 back because “it could get lost sending it back”. I have since sent it back and still waiting for me refund.

So far I love this wig. It fits comfortable. The hair is really soft and looks really healthy. . It was also perfectly plucked. I just ordered it so the shipping was beyond fast

I am very disappointed with their kinky straight clip ins. The hair did not look or feel like kinky hair but rather a very low grade silky hair. DONT BUY IT. When I complained to the company, their advise was to ‘fluff it up’ - how ignorant.

I asked for a refund but they persuaded me to keep it by saying that it may get lost and it will be my liability. Moreover I only got 30% back after several angry emails.
I’m very sorry that I wasted my hard earned money on this - and wished I spent a little more money and bought quality. Also very disappointed that I listen to a YouTubeer on this product. Please do not waste your money on this hair!!!
