"Proffesional and Efficient Bus Service Provider"

The experience in general was wonderful, the transfer from Fiuminco Airport to San Luigi hostel in Rome was done well. Francesco the driver did a great job communicating with us and locating us. The transfer from San Luigi to Milan with driver Giovanni was equally superb, Giovanni was very helpful to us and was kind. However, the transfer from Milan to St. Gallen was not the best and that is why the rating is at 4/5 instead of 5/5. The bus was not in the best mechanical condition, it had a coolant that was leaking in the luggage area and so a good number of our bags were completely wet. We are hoping that this coolant will not spoil the bags for good. Sergio the bus driver was also a bit impatient on arrival. The transfer from St. Gallen to Zurich with driver Silva was fantastic, he was helpful and did a good job. Therefore, i would kindly request that the bus that did the Milan St.Gallen transfer be checked. All in all, Irro Charter is a professional bus service provider, you are efficient and communicate well and it was a great pleasure working with you and we look forward to engaging you once again in the future. It was great experience with Irro charter from reservation to bus service, they have very smooth process and are very responsive over the phone as well as emails. Agents helped me explaining the costs related to the booking and also when there was a change in our plan. The service provided was generally satisfactory, but we do have a couple of concerns. Firstly, regarding our transfer from Budapest to Vienna, our group encountered an inconvenience as we were dropped off at a bus stop around the corner from the hotel, purportedly due to the bus's inability to "turn back". We find it difficult to believe that the bus could not find a way to turn back, and this issue was not communicated to us until a couple of days before. We strongly believe that prioritizing customers' comfort is essential.

Additionally, during our transfer from Vienna to Prague, we had arranged and paid for a van to transport us from the parking area to the hotel. However, there was a delay of 20 minutes before the van arrived after our request, causing our clients to wait unnecessarily.

We appreciate your attention to these matters and hope for improved service in the future.

We used Irro Charter to bring a group of 24 people to a Football match. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The communication with Irro in the time leading up to the event was clear and professional. We hire the 20 seater bus to go round France over 11 days. It was such a pleasure experience to hv a excellent driver whom navigated safely thru hairpin turning in the old city safely. The bus is in great shape, like mint.
