"Would not recommend."

I had to remind them two times to send what I paid for despite being reassured it had shipped. They bill monthly although the doses are meant to last a variable amount of time which makes the charges out of sync with what you paid for (on top of the slow/forgotten shipping). The initial set up process wasn’t super long or confusing. The customer service was okay, they were responsive in terms of getting back to you (business days), but to have to reach out to inquire shouldn’t have been needed if things were clearly explained up front, etc.
