After purchasing an item on-line costing £126.00 with postage, and sending e-mails and having to go through Pay Pal complaints, I never received my product on the due date.
I never had an answer to my e-mails, no communication whatsoever.

Very bad aftercare service.
Although I have no idea how their high street stores perform, I would warn any on-line shoppers to stay clear of any online purchasing from this company.
