If I could give less than one star I would. Absolutely disgusted about the way this company has treated my 80 year old grandad.
My grandad was expecting the removal team this morning, when they didn’t show up he tried to call. No reply. So now instead of making a stressful situation less stressful for a pensioner/ veteran you have left him in an awful situation. You should be ashamed of yourselves

We have no regrets about choosing Cyril Worth & Sons. Andrew and his small team ( Ken and Martyn ) were excellent from packing our precious possessions to transporting and moving us. They were all accommodating with delivering and placing furniture into our chosen rooms. They worked hard and made what is a stressful time into a pleasurable experience. "Downsizing removal trauma"

Our move required us to downsize and the flexibility afforded us by Andrew and his team was much appreciated. The company has a sizeable new HQ that allowed us to make the move in phases and space to select items before delivery. 2 into 1 can go with help from a company like Cyril Worth.

"Cornwall to Devon with a smile"

We had the move only service - shifting the contents of a four bed house from a detached house. Best described as a service with a smile, nothing was too difficult - the team were patient and worked hard - their only real request - a boiling kettle!
Once all the contents were loaded we were then waiting on completion - most companies would take a dim view of the situation that would arise, namely 5 hours of waiting for the estate agent to release the keys. Finally at 1700 we got into the house - with reinforcements led by Cyril arriving, we were into our new house 90 minutes later.
Overall - an excellent service and brilliant team. We are very grateful,
