They took money out of my account for a prescription that I didn’t even have yet. They took money out of my account around 10:00 AM. My doctors appointment isn’t until 12:30 PM when I call they said they’re gonna cancel the order and return me my money, but I haven’t gotten my money And I wasn’t even planning on using their pharmacy this time Because I have insurance now and I can get my medication free right around the corner from my house

"the website is awful!"

Though the prices are good the website, which used to be great before a massive ‘redesign,’ is now the worst experience ever!!! Today I couldn’t even scroll down to process my credit card, it simply kept bouncing back up so I couldn’t click the button! I used a different browser and had same issue higher up!!! So now I have to reorder by phone, it’s ridiculous!

"Disgusted by lack of care. "

I’m absolutely disgusted with Rx outreach. It’s a fight every month to get your refill processed. I have called everyday for the last 5 days to ensure my refill was processed timely. It’s a holiday weekend, so I knew they had to have my refill out no later than Wednesday (a day after my refill was due). They took my money on Wednesday. Today (Friday) status is still dispensing. I will now not get my refill, for a full week after I’ve run out of meds. I was told a supervisor would return my call by close of business today, but that’s come and gone, no call. I shouldn’t have to call daily to tell you to do your job. And now they are just thieves, as they took payment 3 days ago, still haven’t sent out script. How dare they.

"Terrible Service"

Every time they receive a prescription, I have to call every day just to make sure the order is actually getting processed and sure enough, there's some issue on their end or they're missing information. Their website is the worst site I've ever seen.

"5 stars for the amazing…"

All 5 stars are for the amazing customer service reps who helped ensure I would receive my medication before leaving for a very important business trip. I was in a panic about trying to complete the intense work w/o my medication and spoke with a few. I was on hold as a rep went to speak with supervisor, and my phone accidentally cut out. I wish I could have thanked her for making that extra effort to help. It’s appreciated.
This morning I received my tracking and was so relieved and appreciative to see they will arrive in time.

Overall, I think the company is having growing pains, causing frustration. Service reps need options, appreciation and support to help customers through the process, especially when dealing with time sensitive issues.

"Frustrated in Idaho"

The foreign lady i spoke too was NOT helpful at all, The prices were not that great either, some are cheaper through the GOODRX. She kept referring me to the website to get pricing, it was like she didn't want to help me. She didn't explain how the company works or even tell me anything about them. She was visiting with a co-worker/friend while helping me. It actually seemed kind of fishy. One of my more expensive meds she said i couldn't fill as a "new patient" but didn't provide any other details about when i WOULD qualify to receive the medication. Very disappointed. waste of my time
