"I wish I could write a positive review…"

I wish I could write a positive review about the actual product-the LED Headlight assemblies for my D2. Ordered on August 17th, 2022 and have not yet received product. I did get an "automated" e-mail that stated "Tuff-rok ceased traded on 4th of October 2022.etc.." that is a far throw from August 17th when they were ordered. What a shame since there are so many positive product/customer service reviews worldwide. My D2 sits at the collision center and I seem to be up a creek, and winter is coming...

Ordered a set of headlight assemblies, that the site said was in stock. Waited a month then asked when I could expect shipping. Found they had an issue. Totally understandable. Wait a few more months. Desired to cancel my order, only to find the next morning that they had shipped. Received them in less than a week. Installed and noted that they do not fit quite as well as I would like. Really they need better communication. The lights work good, love the style of LED lights the kit came with. All in all not turned off from ordering but might ask a lot more questions next time.
